Treat pouch and a Thank you

I have scrap booking nights at my house every Friday night (only after we close up camp). Tonight my girlfriend Debbie was going to come, Sharon went for a mini vacation to Duluth. Debbie had to go to something after work and suggested I go to her place this time. Well since no on else was coming here, and I knew what I was going to work on, I jumped in the pretty red jeep (oops sorry wasn't going to bring it up again ;) and enjoyed her company for the evening.
Here are the projects I made.
Here is the treat/gift card holder I made with the top of the left over paper bag. I will post a video when I get a chance.
See there is the inside of the paper bag. This project is so fast and easy.
Oh I got some "Happy Mail" today. Lydia at http://lidibids-scrapnotions.blogspot.com/ sent out some cute little critters she made. They are adorable. I am pretty sure they are made with polymer clay. She also sent a sweet card. So thoughtful.
Aren't they adorable!
Thank you so much Lydia. So what did I do today. Humm I cleaned my fridge to make room for the leftover turkey I am having on Monday. It is Thanksgiving on Monday here in Canada, and every year I have my side of the family together. We are not a big bunch as most of my relatives live in different provinces. So it will just be my brother Darrell, who by the way is married to Wayne's (my hubby) younger sister. My sister Julia and her 2 children. Hubby, my girls and I, oh and the boyfriend (Ashley's) is invited as well. He may run once he meets everyone. We can be a weird bunch, LOL.

Really I did a lot more then clean the fridge, LOL. Did some book work, got my recycling together, did some laundry, made supper, ya know the house wife stuff. Humm when do I get to eat the bon bons and watch TV all day. This isn't what I signed up for!

Oh ya hubby did a disc defragment on my laptop when I was gone. It was still going when I came home. It took over 4 hours. He hasn't done one in a few months. Is this normal?

Hope your weekend is shared with family

Tracy

  2. Very, very pretty! It's funny, I kept having to reread, because for some reason I thought that you were enjoying the pretty red jeep's company! And I was all, "She made those in the jeep?" :-)
