Colouring overload

I have posted and am finished month end today...yeah. Can you tell I am happy. Now I am ready to play, Ohhh fun. I worked most of the day, and cleaned the house. Boy it sure needed it. I didn't get a chance to colour or create today. So I thought I would share some of the images I coloured earlier. These stamps are from Stampin' Up. They are real tiny, so I had to really concentrate to not colour outside of the lines :) Isn't this little froggy so cute. I really don't like frogs in real life. My brother Calum would chase me around the trailer court with a big honkin' frog. I swear they were so much bigger back then. I still won't touch them. One thing I notice when I put the coloured images up on here, I can see so many flaws. Like by the ladybug, I over coloured, tsk, tsk. I do have a card in mind for these tiny images. This image makes me think of my mom's best friend, she loves sunflowers. I wasn't going to post these ones, but Michelle asked for some butterflies :) You know how I don't like to disappoint :) I used Copic's to colour in all these images. But I had to use my Stampin' Up markers for the yellow. I don't have any yellow Copics.....yet ;) Now I just have to get these and so many more of my coloured images on some cards. I have heard a lot of you seem to colour and put off making cards with them. So glad I'm not the only one :)

Hope you got to create today :)

  1. Create...No, Wash bedding for boys...Yes! Oh, and cleaned the room and closet of a 10 year old tornado :0) He had to help of course :0) Oh and one more thing...I mailed your images this morning, yay!!!! Tiny or not those images are cute that you colored. Sometimes I like the smaller ones. I really need to get some of mine on cards too :0) Funny thing is, I'm not much of a card maker all the time. We'll see how it goes :0)

  2. LOVE THEM TRACY! You are so hard on yourself! Stop looking for the flaws and notice the beauty of something handmade. Nothing is perfect.
Okay stepping off the soap box. HUGS!

Sunflowers have a special spot for me as well. My Dad grew them for the birds in his garden & some of his were bigger then big veggie trays. He didn't just have a green thumb, his whole hand was green.LOL
Love the butterflies. AWESOME! I love them both. I really like that stamp, who is it by?
Glad your work is done. House keeping for me tomorrow.
    Hugs,Pea

You don't like frogs? They're adorable! I love to catch them! (Toads, not so much...they always pee on me.)

  13. Great images. I don't have any orange or purple yet, but figured that with red, yellow and blue, I could overcolor and create them. I am totally getting addicted to my Copics too! LOL! Love the way they shade and make them look like there is a hidden light source! Great job. Sorry about the frog chasing LOL!

  16. You certainly have been a stampin' and colorin' maniac! LOL I have not forgotten about you. I have been so busy with real estate that I don't get around to all my blogs anymore. I think I'll try pinning your blog to my google chrome tabs page so I remember to get here more often! I hope all is well and keep on coloring, now you just have to do something with all the images.

  17. Hi Tracy,
Lovely images, if they are small why not do some gift tags or bookmarks!
    Keep colouring.
    Happy crafting
