For your viewing pleasure ;)

Our morning started early.
We left the house at 6:00am. And if you know me, you know I am not a morning person.
But I was quite proud of myself as I didn't fall asleep during the drive until we were a couple hours into it ;)

First stop Ryden's, where I picked up my order of my new copic colours :)
And some happy mail from Pea :)
Sad thing was it was pitch black outside and Wayne can't drive with the interior lights on.
So I had to enjoy how everything felt, lol.

Next stop, Pine City Scrapbooking.
They have a wall of Penny Black and House Mouse stamps....Tracy, you would love this :)

We then went out for a very late lunch.
Then Scrapbookers Too.
Picked up a few Magnolia stamps ;)
Some Copic papers Neenah and XPress It.
And some other purchases that make me happy :)
And that's what it is all about, keeping me happy, lol.
They changed their rewards coupon. At first she said I couldn't use then, they had to be transferred to the new system. I had 2 full stamp cards :(
But once we talked about it, she let me use one of my full stamp cards and transferred the other one to the new system :)

Picked up some papers from Archiver's.
Like I need more paper, lol. But honestly I did need the G45 Alice papers in 6x6 paper pack.
Notice some more twine.
I was a bit ticked with Archivers. I couldn't print my coupon for some reason. Even though they had my email, she wouldn't give the the lousy 40% off coupon. Like my $4.00 affected their bottom line, lol.

I even made it to Joann's :)
Of course almost everything was on sale.
But I handed out the 40% off coupons to the family and we all picked up a memento inks for me.

Lastly Michael's.
I needed a new large Momento ink pad. I have tried looking for ink re-fills for these pads, but have yet to find them.

I know it looks like I bought a lot...okay I did buy a lot.
But everything at home is at least 40%  or more then the regular price here. So when I come here I bring my coupons and go crazy.
At home a Tim Holtz distress ink is $8.49, here it is $4.99 regular price.
The Momento 3 pack inks at home is $16.99 here it is $9.99 regular price.
And I do share everything I purchase with my scrap booking friends :)

Hope you all had a creative Wednesday :)
I just want to open everything and play away :)

Tracy :)

  1. Wow what a lushes haul! And happy mail to boot! Yay. More happy mail on the way too. You're going to have one happy week. I think I told you I broke down and bought some new kraftin kimmie stamps but that's it. Now I'm seriously jealous of your haul, I don't know what's wrong with me lately but I just don't have in me to shop lately. That's just crazy! I'm sure I'll be cured in a week or two when all the new releases start coming out.

  14. You crack me up! I love these shopping posts you do, I feel like I bought all this stuff too! :) I think it's totally okay to buy 6x6 paper pads, for some reason I feel less guilty buying them, maybe because they're so small?

I just had fun making it, and think your little window tag idea is the next best thing to homemade chocolate chip cookies!!.. Have a great day! ((hugs)) ~tina

  23. So glad you had the opportunity to shop in the US, it doesn't seem fair that we pay such higher prices. You can't pass up such good deals especially since we pay almost double here. I love Magnolia stamps and can't wait to see your new ones closer up, tfs

  26. Ohhhh WOW! I don't get to do that when I go to the US. Something about trying to park my 31ft motorhome in tight places and being 5 hours from the nearest US city! Geesh! Great haul though. Wish we lived close.

  28. Wow great haul. I have wanted the ballerina stamp forever as my daughter is going to have a ballerina bday party this year. Hoping I may find it cheap. Thanks for sharing!

  29. You get the best stuff! And I will repeat myself again...I feel ripped off at the Joann store in MY town! You will NOT find any of what you got in my local store. I would pee all over myself if they carried Tim Holtz! You're also lucky that your hubby doesn't mind you going to all those scrapbook stores and buying what you buy. Mine had a hissy fit when I spent $50 at ARchivers for MY birthday. C'mon, what's a girl gotta do around here? Don't answer that...LOL!

Enjoy all your fun stuff! I love seeing what you get and what you make with it even more!

As for your memento re-inker issue... you might want to check out www.onecrazystamper.com -- Lora has great deals (her store is Canadian - I've been to the brick store numerous times!) and will ship worldwide! S:o)

  34. Tracy, there is a store here in Idaho that carries Memento ink refills. If you want drop me a line and we can work out something so I can send them to you.

  38. OMG you lucky girl, i'm coming to your house to craft, you got so many gorgeous crafty goodies. But yes the House Mouse and Penny Black have to be my faves. Can't wait to see you use a House mouse, I love to see how other crafters use them.
I'm Playing catch up, i've had a terrible cold and chesty cough on and off since new year. The doctors said nothing to worry about just taking me longer to get over it, but my back and ribs ache from coughing. I have 4/5 good days and I think yeh i'm getting over it and wham its back again. So sorry if I've neglected you hun.
    Happy crafting
