Recording my Copic colours

Remember those images I coloured and shared yesterday?
Well this is how I am using them.
I put them in my Copic Journal with the marker colours I used for each image.
When I made this journal (3 yrs ago) I didn't use a good paper for colouring with my Copics.
So I coloured these images on my XPress It paper, then used a Spellbinders thin die to cut out my coloured images.
Here are some colour combo's for how I colour Black and Brown hair.

Here are the Copic colours I use for Blonde and Red hair.
The Blonde girls skin colour is what I usually use for my girls, but I am liking the other combos as well.
I have done a few more pages, but just thought I would share my most used hair colours.
I am having fun with these girls and putting together different hair and skin combos :)
After Hair and Skin, I will put some colour combos together for their clothing ;)

We received some snow today. A gift that Mother Natures keeps on giving us.
Thank you Mother Nature, but you are too generous.
Our school busses were even cancelled today, which doesn't happen very often. Plus I personally didn't think we got that much snow for that.
Kristy was nice enough to shovel the driveway. The snow was wet and heavy.
I would have just let it sit….it will eventually melt, lol.

I enjoyed another Friday Night Scrapbooking evening with my friends.
Good friends, some treats and many laughs :)

I hope you all had a wonderful and creative Friday :)

Tracy :)

  1. Ewhhhh no more snow!!!!!! You have a lot more than we do. After 2 weeks below zero we hit 14?and sunny. First day in a week without it snowing. Fingers crossed no migraine with that kind of swing. Keep warm and keep colouring. Oh and show Wayne the flowers you could have made if you had listen to him and bought the tattered pinecone die.

  4. SO pretty Tracy! Every time I come to your blog, I want to run out and buy copics and learn to color!!!!!!! But I never do because I had another baby and teach preschool and sell Jamberries and have college kids and a high schooler. But man oh man! You do some nice work. :-)

  6. Your journal is looking great!! Do you know yet what other color combos you are going to put in there? Sorry about the snow... Again. You know, it snowed here last year on May 3rd. Sometimes you just get a year like that, right? You're funny, I would have left the snow too :)

  7. Great journal and wish that snow would just go away! We had rain yesterday and it is slowly washing it away. I can actually see garden now, not just edges of grass. Have a great weekend.

  8. I like your idea for cutting out your images for your journal. Don't like the look of your snow. Nice of Kristy to shovel it for you. Warmer weather is on its way!

  11. I am beyond sick of snow. We just got back from Vancouver- I even went barefoot down at the beach. We still have snow past my knees.😞

  13. Your journal looks great, your colours have helped me with what to buy as I don't have many but would like to do some other hair colour but light brown. Sorry to hear you had a huge dump of snow, ours is melting slowly which is good, no flooding so far. But we had a very cold wind today.
