Over the border

When I mentioned on yesterday's post that I was heading South....I wasn't kidding.
Wayne and I are on a weekend shopping....I mean getaway to Duluth, MN ;)

Seriously, did michaels really need to have their paper pads on sale...seriously?!?
When I saw them I got excited, then told Wayne "I really don't need any paper".
I do have full 4 crates of paper at home.
But he reassured me that they were a good price, lol.
Yes, my husband encouraged (enables) me.
Such pretty papers..right?!
I'm looking for some reassurance from my friendly paper lovers/hoarders ;)
Now, you know I needed some Cardstock to go with these beautiful papers.
And since everything was on sale....why not some embellishments ;)
Even with the poor exchange rate, these were still a great deal.
We also visited Hobby Lobby!!!
Those little floral envelopes are for Ashley for her wedding prep.
Sadly they only had 3 packages.
Hoping to find a Hobby Lobby when we do our day visit to Minneapolis. She needs 3 more packages.
But Wayne told me to get this die for a back up.  I am sure it will get used, even if we do find 3 more packages, teehee.
I don't want to overwhelm you, so I will save the rest of my goodies for tomorrow's post.

Considering I told Wayne I didn't need anything as I have so much in my stash... I sure did some damage.

I hope you all had a very Creative day :)

Tracy :)

  3. I always say I have enough paper, then when I see something I really like or think I need I end up buying it. I have so much paper that I know that I will never use.

I am heading for Scrapfest in Kitchener ON today and hope that paper store is there,I bought a gorgeous Bo Bunny fall paper pad there last year and one that had navy and yellow paper. Enjoy your weekend.
