Sisterly Love layout

Here is a layout I made of my daughter's Heather and Kristy.

We were going for a walk along the pipeline at camp, when Heather and Kristy grasped each other's hands.
And I actually had my iPhone with me, so snapped a photo :)
Kristy showed me how to add text to my photos on Phonto…isn't this photo adorable :)

I used some of the left over papers from one of my Crop and Create kits to make this layout.
I love this Butterfly paper, so so pretty and I just gushed over it matted with the brown card stock.

I added this tag to this tiny kraft bag, that I inked up.
I added some wabi tape to the bottom…..perfect match to this butterfly paper.
Don't you just love when that happens :)
I double punched the "Love" in powder blue and one in black to look like a shadow.

Because we were heading out on a walk, I added this sentiment from one of the papers from this kit.
I happen to have this stamped compass piece with me. I must have made it for a different project, but never used it…again love when this happens :)

Here is the second page to this layout.
I had shared it "Here" in this post.
Not as matchy matchy as my other 2 page spreads, but love how they look together :)

Onto My Day:
Ashley and I went for a shorter walk tonight…but we still got one in :)
Here was the sky near the end of our walk.
I thought for sure it was going to rain..but it hasn't yet.

Kristy made supper tonight.
Something new…and it was delicious.
It had hamburger, cheese, salsa, tomato soup and lots of taco chip….yummy.

Kristy also just called me into her room where she had a stash of Dad's oatmeal ring cookies.
She had two left and gave me one….boy, I love that girl :)
I'll start the healthy eating tomorrow?

I hope you all had a very creative day today :)

Tracy :)

  4. I love the butterfly paper too! And the tag in that cute little paper bag :) it rained here, all day Monday but it's as muggy as can be. I had the day off yesterday to take Abie to the orthodontist and got some fun crafting in!
