Kristy has a spare after her lunch. So she texted me to ask me if I could pick her up and bring her some lunch.
Being the softy that I am, I ran right out to get her, lol.
We went to McDonald's for a take out, then went to Hillcrest park to eat our lunch.
There is such a great view of our city and The Sleeping Giant. There were also some ships in the harbour.
Wayne and I like to name the chipmunks up at the cottage.
This one we named Porkchop. He is a big one, lol.
But then again Wayne keeps them well fed ;)
Just a quick post tonight, as I thought it was Monday and need to get my Design Team card done for first thing in the morning.
So please come back tomorrow for a new card I will share with you :)
Hope you all had a creative Monday....I mean Tuesday;)
Tracy :)

ReplyDeleteHa! Love the name Porkchop!
ReplyDeleteThat is so nice of you to get your daughter for lunch. My mom used to do that for me all the time, I loved it!
ReplyDeleteI'm so so glad that it isn't Monday. I couldn't start this week over again, Monday and Tuesday were too crazy!
We have a Sleeping Giant here too-just outside of Helena.
ReplyDeleteLooks like be a little smokey there too.
You're such a good mummy picking up Kristy and taking her to lunch.

ReplyDeleteI bet Kristy loved eating lunch with you, synch a nice treat! And what a beautiful view! I think it's fire you named your chipmunks. My grandparents user to have a squirrel the named Molly and grandpa kept her well feed too. My week is off as well, but I didn't work Monday. Have to work late tonight, then taking Friday off. I'll be AlL sorts of confused by the weekend!
ReplyDeleteOh, what a great place to enjoy an hour with your daughter! :)
