In this house we love love love Finn Pancakes...and not just because my husband is Finnish...it's because they are delicious.
They are so thin and I love when the edges are a bit crispy too.

Heather made the strawberry sauce..yummy.
Here is how I prepare my pancakes.
Usually I enjoy my wild (handpicked by me) blueberries.
But today I cut up a banana and put some inside the pancake before I rolled it up.
Then I added some whip cream, more banana some strawberry sauce and lastly a drizzle of maple syrup :)
Okay, its more of a dessert than a dinner...but whatever, lol.

That pancake looks so good, I didn't have anyone to remind me and I missed it, I had a slow cooker full of spicy chili. I made tortilla bowls to put it in too. I usually make German latkes on Strove Tuesday.
