I crocheted the wrong colour!!!
Each colour takes 45 to 60 minutes to complete.
So I just wasted about an hour crocheting the wrong colour :(
I was a bit frustrated so I haven't worked on it for a couple of weeks....time to pick it up and complete it.
I won't want baby to come before I'm done with his afghan ;)

I feel your pain!!! Anyone who knits/crochets has had the same OMG moment. The afghan is beautiful, your tension is fabulous. You will have it done by baby time.

Oh, Tracy, I have had these moments with knitting. Love your colours in the baby blanket. Not much longer and you'll get to meet the little fellow!
ReplyDeleteLovely colours but feeling your pain of the OMG moment of realizing you had the wrong colour ... too late but maybe that could have been incorporated to the rest or left to amuse baby ...
ReplyDeleteMost likely no one will notice this minor error. Also, depending on where the mistake was made, you can do it again and make it part of the pattern!
