Day 7 of 30 Days of Thankfulness.
Today I am thankful for my friends :)
Sharon and I have been friends ever since I have known Wayne…as Sharon, is Wayne's older sister.
She always jokes that if she ever had to choose between Wayne and I she would choose me, lol. Lets hope it never comes to that ;)
We can talk everyday and still find something to talk about.
I know that if I ever need her for anything at all, she would be there for me or my girls, as I would be there for her.
This is a selfie that Sharon and I took today….We both took this photo..I held my phone and she pushed the button, lol.
This is my friend Debbie.
We have been friends for about 26+ years.
Debbie stood up for Wayne and I when we got married :)
There is nothing like the love from a good friend :)
I wish I could name all my friends..ol' friends, new friends and internet friends, but there are just to many of you.
I am so Thankful for each and every one of them :)
Sharon and I got to spend the day together.
We went and picked up some photos from our last trip, so we can scrapbook them :)
We went to Swiss Chalet for the festive special, that is a tradition of ours ;)
Lastly we went to Michael's :)
As you can see I didn't have the festive special…..I still had some chicken in the fridge from here from when Wayne and I went :)
Tomorrow is going to be such a fun special day :)
I hope you had a wonderful and creative Thursday.
I hope you are as lucky as I am to have so many wonderful friends :)

Here's my New Ride my Friends
Today is the day I got my new jeep.
The reason it took a day or so, is because I wasn't really happy with the first offer they presented to me.
So I left.
After I told the dealership what I expected and why…I got a phone call at the end of the day….with a much better deal ;)
Between everyone in the family and the family company business, we have bought over 40 vehicles from this dealership.... So yes I did expect a better deal…and I got it
Here is Brad my sales consultant :) He is a real nice guy and was a pleasure to work with.
Thanks Brad for taking such good care of us :)
This is the inside of my 2014 Grand Jeep Cherokee, I feel like I'm driving an airplane…lots of lights.
Everything is touch screen….Lets see how long it takes before the fingerprints drive me insane, lol.
First thing I did was put in my dusting rag, a dusty dash drives me crazy.
The only sad thing about this jeep…its not red :(
Day 6 of 30 Days of Thankfulness
I am Thankful for my beautiful red Jeep Liberty.
I was honestly hesitant to trade this beauty in. I would have been happy to keep her forever.
It has been a wonderful vehicle.
It was the vehicle that took us to Montana to spread my dads remains.
It was the vehicle that Heather and Kristy learned to drive with.
It was the vehicle that takes us on our mini trips away.
It is just so pretty :)

This is me when we made the deal on my beauty in 2010.
Do you think I get a bit to attached to things ;)
I phoned my friend yesterday about my struggle with trading my beauty in.
She just told me "Tracy, I remember when you saw someone driving your old blue truck you sold, and you had tears in your eyes…..just let it go".
Nothing like a good friend putting things in perspective, lol.

I have to admit this new jeep is very nice.
It will be like heaven in -40c weather this winter when I place my tush on the heated seats and wrap my cold fingers around a heated steering wheel.
I hope you all had a wonderful creative Wednesday.

Day 5 ..Dinner with my Honey :)
Day 5 of 30 Days of Thankfulness.
Today I am thankful that Wayne and I got to enjoy a dinner out (and I didn't have to cook) ;)
We don't usually go out, just the two of us, unless its our Anniversary.
But Heather and Kristy love to spend time with their sister Ashley, so they go and sleep over at her house about once a week, if they don't have to work.
So I drive them over to Ashley's and they will play with Sebastian and make dinner while they wait for Ashley to come home from work.
So on those days Wayne and I will go out for dinner :)
Here is our dinner :)
I know how you Love to see my food photos ;)
We went to Swiss Chalet. We haven't been there for years.
It was so good, but I only ate about half my meal…love left overs for lunch ;)
I was busy today, so I didn't get to create at all today.
Come back tomorrow and I will show you why I was so busy today…I bet you can guess why I was busy ;)
What are you Thankful for today :)

Yet another scrapbook layout and Day 4 of 30 Days of Thankfulness
I bet you can't believe I am sharing another layout, can you ;)
These two layouts were made from the same kit that I used for my last two layouts.
I used the photos I took from the Crop & Create event.
I love these photos…we had such a great time for those two days :)
The kit came with these plain flower chipboard pieces. I painted them with acrylic paint, layered one on top of the other and added a small chipboard embellishment :)
Like my last layouts I coloured the heart with alcohol ink and then stamped it with Stazon brown ink with a script stamp.
I used this pretty journal block. I added a circle/heart chipboard piece to the centre of the camera and a sparkle to the flash :)
Oh but just wait….I did a double page layout….so here is the second page :)
I used more fun pictures:)
Isn't this birdy cute :)
I added a sparkle to the birdy's eye.
Here are the two pages side by side :)
Here is my photo for day 4 of 30 Days of Thankfulness/Gratefulness
I was Thankful that we all got to eat supper together tonight.
When Ashley lived at home, we ate together as a family every night.
Now that she has her own place, she isn't here for dinner every night.
So when she asked if she could come over for dinner tonight, of course I was so happy to eat supper as a family.
So I make a special dinner and we all enjoyed just being together :)
I hope you all enjoyed a wonderful day with your family and got in some time to create :)

Day 3 of Thankfulness and another Card Video
Day 3 of 30 Days of Thankfulness/Gratitude.
Today I am grateful for our Home.
Home = Family
I know when I am home, I have my family around me.
There is nothing like the comfort of your own home.
I don't like to be away from home for to long..I miss it.
We put so much work into our home….it is part of us.
I did get to create today :)
I finished my one project and actually finished another 2 page layout…at least I think it is complete….I need to look at it with fresh eyes in the morning to be sure ;)
I do have another video to share with more of my cards I had made over the summer.
I hope you all had a wonderful and creative Sunday :)
I am now off to watch the Walking Dead…love this show ;)

Day 2 of Thankfulness and a card video
Day 2 of 30 Days of Thankfulness/Gratitude.
Today I am grateful for my daughters.
They are the light of my life.
They are so thoughtful.
They are so caring.
They are so funny.
And the best part is that they are so close.
I have always told them that sisters are forever. Boys may come and go, friends may come and go…but sisters are there for life.
These 3 girls/ladies have made being a mom, the best experience of my life.
Today was suppose to be a day of just relaxing at home.
Then Wayne got to playing on the computer to customize a jeep.
He keeps telling me we should get a new one….my jeep is only 3 years old!
Then he said, lets just check out the Jeep lot and see what they have.
Well I humoured him and went along.
Next thing I know I am taking a test drive, lol.
We will see what Monday brings :)
I got to create a bit today.
I can't share it yet as it is a gift.
But I will share a video I did on a few cards I have made…If you are a follower of my blog then you may have seen most of them :) I hope you all had a creative Saturday :)

FNS and 30 Grateful Days
Tonight is Friday Night Scrapbooking :)
I am going to work on my second 2 page layout from my kit.
I will probably be working on it for most of the weekend, okay...lets get real, the whole week as well, ;)
I am doing a Thankful Challenge.
I have heard of a few of these going around.
The one I am following is on Instagram and is it #30gratefuldays.
What I am going to do is take a photo every day of something or someone I am grateful/thankful for. At the of the month, I plan to make a mini book.
Today I am Thankful for my husband Wayne.
We have been married over 25 years and dated 5 years before that.
He has been with me through so much and has always been by my side.
When I am sick, he doesn't leave my side.
When I make a silly joke, he laughs.
When I am feeling yucky, he tells me how beautiful I am.
When I go crafty shopping, he encourages me ;)
How can I not love this man :)
Even though this isn't the best photo of him...I look pretty good, lol.
