No tags needed

Today Wayne and the girls braved the stores and went shopping for my Christmas gifts.
They went first thing this morning and said it wasn't busy.
The girls kept on me about giving them my list.
Honestly, I don't need anything…but did come up with a thing or two :)

All of our gifts are wrapped and we are all ready for the holidays ;)
I think this is the perfect wrapping paper for Wayne's Christmas presents.
I didn't even have to put name tags on them as his gifts are the only gifts wrapped like this :)
Perfect for my husband who enjoys hunting.

Talk about not having gift tags on your gifts, Ashley doesn't use gift tags on her gifts either.
But for aesthetic reasons ;)
I was at her house, admiring her tree and how the gift wrapping matches her tree and the stockings that she has hanging from her mantel, when I realized her gifts didnt have any tags on them.
I asked her why she didn't have gift tags on her presents and how is she going to know which gift is for who.
The reason she doesn't have gift tags, is because it takes away from the look of the beautifully wrapped gifts.
But what she did do was write the names on the bottom of the gifts where you can't see them. That way  she knows who gets which gift and it looks more presentable under her tree.
I love Ashley's eye for detail :)

I hope you all had a very Creative Saturday :)

  1. Love that paper!!! I need some of that!!! How fun for your daughter to be having her own christmas now :)

  2. That's funny! I don't have any tags because...I so rarely wrap the gifts. For Hanukkah you rarely get more than one gift on any night, so I just use the same gift bag over 7 over again. :-) <--- ultimate in laziness :-) LOVE the moose paper! I wish I had some for my Chief of Destruction! She LOVES moose!!!!

  3. Love the paper you used to wrap your hubby's gifts! Your daughter did a great job wrapping her gifts also! just beautiful!!

  4. Looks like you guys are just about ready for Christmas! :)

  5. Wayne's wrapping paper is too funny!! Ashley's tree looks great!!

  6. What a great idea to use one wrapping paper for a specific person...great way to know who the gifts are for!! Ashley's tree and presents look amazing!! Have a great day :)

  7. Ashley's tree is gorgeous, fabulous job. on everything. Still working on my cards to send, so far only 5 are going out.

  8. Love the wrapping paper for Wayne. And Ashley's underneath the tree looks fabulous. I wrap the girls presents in one type each - no tags here either. But then we don't have anyone else visit - just us for Christmas:-) I buy the reversible papers and then all their stocking stuffers get wrapped in the alternate paper. TFS and a very Merry Christmas.

Leave me some love and I will return it right back to you :)
