I want to wish my beautiful baby girl Kristy a happy 23rd Birthday.
I am away for her birthday this year so we celebrated early ๐Ÿ’—
This girl here is the most giving, loving and family oriented girl I know.
She is just so special to me and my family.

Who makes their own birthday cake!??!
Kristy...thats who.
She loves to bake and decorate cakes and was so excited to make this one as she loves these tiny chocolate eggs.

It is a tradition in our family, when it is your birthday you choose the restaurant and Wayne and I treat the whole family to dinner.
This year Kristy just wanted us to stay at home and we made Finn pancakes...yummm

Happy Birthday Kristy ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’—

Sprinkle Love-Art Journal page

Can you believe another art journal page!!!
This one was a challenge that my friend Stephanie put out for her and I.
It was actually for last month....but we were both a little busy, so neither one of us got it done.

The challenge theme was "Spread a little Glitter Wherever you Go"
I love hearts and because this was suppose to be for February, I had this idea of sprinkling hearts on the page.
I used a few products that I had in my stash that I had never used before.
These letter stamps is one of them...I have had these in my stash for probably over 20 yrs and have not yet used them.

This Angiegirl stamp from Angie Blom called Nancy Girl is another supple I had in my stash for a year or so, and this was the first time she saw some ink.

I started by enlarging this image to better fit my page and coloured her up with my Inktense coloured pencils adding water to blend.
I spritzed the background with my sprays (which most were clogged, as I haven't used them for awhile) and did a bit of stenciling with some distress inks.
I then punched a lot of tiny hearts and adhered them to the page and then added glitter and sparkle to them with my Wink of Stella glitter pens and some Stickles.

I am really liking how this page turned out....not quite how I had imagined, but that seems to happen when I art journal.
I also did a process video on how I made this page...so if you wan to see it you can watch the video below or click on my YouTube link to watch it :)

"Night Ice" art journal page

An art journal page...I know right?!!!
It seem like forever since I did an art journal page.

I was inspired to create this page from a tag I had created for a tag swap that my friend Stephanie hosted.
I really liked how the tag turned out and how much it reminded me of how I would love to skate and spent many hours a night skating on our neighbours rink.
I was so inspired by this challenge and memory, that I wrote a little poem about my memories.
I have been known to write a poem or two, but usually keep them to myself.

I used one of Angie Blom's images from her Angiegirl collection from Untiy.
I wanted my girl a bit bigger then the actual stamp, so I just enlarged my coloured image on the photo printer.

I used distress inks and a stencil to make the background and added some glass bead gel for the snowflakes.
I also coloured the ice with my Copic marker and then added some Wink of Stella glitter pen to it for a bit of sparkle.

Here is my poem.๐Ÿ˜“

I also did a process video on my YouTube channel "Tracy's Treasures24"
Here is the link to my tag...I think it is more in depth on the process.

I hope you enjoyed my art journal page :)

Cutie Pie Chloe

Here is my last Valentines Day cards...and here it's only a month later, lol.
I used this cute Stampingbella image and coloured her up with my Copic markers,
I made the tag with some of the pattern paper that was in this paper pack from Dollarama.
After cutting the shape of the tag, I used a co-ordinating paper to make the tag ring, tied some twine on it and used a heart shaped border punch on the bottom of the tag.

Here are the colours that I used to colour Chloe the Coffee Cup Girl.

I also did a video on all of my completed Valentines cards :)
If you want to check them out on my YouTube channel, here is the link!! "Tracy's Treasures24"

Now to create some non-Valentines Day cards ;)

Hope you all have a Very Creative Day

XOXO Heart Girl.

Yup...still sharing my Valentines Day cards ๐Ÿ˜ฎ
I used this cute Penny Black image...isn't she cute?!

Here are the Copic marker colours I used to colour her up.
I used the Spica sparkle pens to add to the red and blue dots on her headband and heart.

I taught a class at the Scrap for Heart crop that I go to every year.
I have a video on how I made the paper flowers.
Just click on the link "Photo Frame tutorial"

I added some pattern paper behind the photo frame before popping up my girl image.

I hope you all have a very Creative Day :)

Imageless Card?!?

A card without a coloured image!??!
I know right, I don't have many (if any) cards without coloured images on them.
I wanted to put a coloured image on this card, but no matter which one I tried, they kind of got lost in the papers.
So decided to go imageless ;)

I started to follow this February sketch that "SCT Magazine" posted on their blog....that really wasn't a success as I kind of forgot and went my own way, teehee.
But I do like this sketch and plan on using it again in the future.

I just want to invite you all to my new Facebook Group called Tracy's Treasures Shares.
I started this group as a way for us all to share what we are creating on Facebook.
A drama free group that just focuses on our art...no matter what your medium of choice is.
I would love to see you there ๐Ÿ’—

Postage Love

Can you believe I am still sharing my Valentines Cards?!!?

I used a My Favourite Things image.
Like my last card, I was intimated by colouring the hair on these images, but not anymore now that I pretend that the bottom of the hair has an edge.
I knew which of my friends was going to receive this card.
It has that cute bird on the mailbox and my friend Denise, love to go bird watching.

I coloured this image up with my Copic markers and here are the colours I used.

Here is my completed card :)
I love those miniature envelopes!!!
There were from our local dollar store Dollarama.

I hope you all have a very Creative Day ๐Ÿ’—

Your Love Can't Foil Me

Isn't this foil paper so much fun!!!
I didn't want to cover up too much of this paper because it is so fun.

I used this cute Penny Black image...isn't she adorable.
I used to be intimated by these images because I was unsure on how to colour the hair!
But I just figured to pretend the ends of the hair isn't open and after that, I love colouring them up.
I used my Copics to colour her up and these are the markers I used.

I made all of my Valentines Day cards with these papers and embellishments from our local dollar store, Dollarama....where not much is only a dollar, teehee.
I also did a haul video on these "Valentine's Haul"

I did add a pink heart doily from my stash.

I hope you all have a very Creative Day ๐Ÿ’—

Cupcakes and Tea

I made this card for my tea loving friend...and cupcakes always to with tea...or anything else for that matter ;)

I used this Stampingbella image called Chloe the Coffee Mug Girl....but my friend likes tea, so it is a tea mug ๐Ÿ˜‰

I used my Copic markers to colour Chloe up and these are the colours I used.

Even before putting my cards together, I made card bases and added pattern paper to them.
Then with my assembly of making cards quickly, I then coloured all of the images I wanted to use and lastly created the cards.

This paper was so fun as all of the candies on the background paper have sparkles on them.
Here is my card :)

I hope you all have a Very Creative Day ๐Ÿ’—

I love to add some detail to my tags but using my border punches to the bottom of the tag.
This one I also added a pink heart that I cut out and popped up.

I just love CC Designs images they are so much fun to colour...and just so cute!!

I coloured her up with my Copic markers and these are the colours I used ๐Ÿ’—

I used this same image on another Valentines Day card I had made this year.

Friends Card

Here is another one of my Valentines Day cards.
I had to hand deliver them as I completed them the night before Valentines Day.

I coloured this image, from Stampingbella called You Perk me Up, when Wayne and I were on our 30 wedding anniversary getaway last month...has it been a month already!?!

This image doesn't have a die, so I fussy cut them out.

I used my Copic markers to colour this image up and these are the colours I used.

I used the papers from our local dollar store, Dollarama.

Thank you so much for visiting me and I hope you all have a Creative Day :)

Baby Boy Card

I was invited to a baby shower for my daughter's best and long time friend Lia.
They have been friends since public school, they were each other's maid of honours and are now having babies!!!
I made the baby boy afghan for her in my last post "Baby Boy Afghan".
The stamps are from Recollections and the paper is old, old papers that I don't even know where they came from, lol.

After making this card, I came up with another great card idea!!!
But I didn't have enough time to create it, so we need another baby to be born so I can create it, teehee.

I hope you all have a very creative day ๐Ÿ’—

I haven't even shared all of my Valentine's Cards.
I gave this one to my daughter Kristy ๐Ÿ’—

This is a CC Design image.
I love colouring up these images.
They are so cute and the size of the stamps are perfect!

I used my Copics to colour this little cutie up, and here are the colours I used.

The papers I used where from the set I received from our local dollar store Dollarama.
