Here is my last Valentines Day cards...and here it's only a month later, lol.
I used this cute Stampingbella image and coloured her up with my Copic markers,
I made the tag with some of the pattern paper that was in this paper pack from Dollarama.
After cutting the shape of the tag, I used a co-ordinating paper to make the tag ring, tied some twine on it and used a heart shaped border punch on the bottom of the tag.
Here are the colours that I used to colour Chloe the Coffee Cup Girl.
I also did a video on all of my completed Valentines cards :)
If you want to check them out on my YouTube channel, here is the link!! "Tracy's Treasures24"
Now to create some non-Valentines Day cards ;)
Hope you all have a Very Creative Day

Postage Love
Can you believe I am still sharing my Valentines Cards?!!?
I used a My Favourite Things image.
Like my last card, I was intimated by colouring the hair on these images, but not anymore now that I pretend that the bottom of the hair has an edge.
I knew which of my friends was going to receive this card.
It has that cute bird on the mailbox and my friend Denise, love to go bird watching.
I coloured this image up with my Copic markers and here are the colours I used.
Here is my completed card :)
I love those miniature envelopes!!!
There were from our local dollar store Dollarama.
I hope you all have a very Creative Day π

Your Love Can't Foil Me
Isn't this foil paper so much fun!!!
I didn't want to cover up too much of this paper because it is so fun.
I used this cute Penny Black image...isn't she adorable.
I used to be intimated by these images because I was unsure on how to colour the hair!
But I just figured to pretend the ends of the hair isn't open and after that, I love colouring them up.
I used my Copics to colour her up and these are the markers I used.
I made all of my Valentines Day cards with these papers and embellishments from our local dollar store, Dollarama....where not much is only a dollar, teehee.
I also did a haul video on these "Valentine's Haul"
I did add a pink heart doily from my stash.
I hope you all have a very Creative Day π

Cupcakes and Tea
I made this card for my tea loving friend...and cupcakes always to with tea...or anything else for that matter ;)
I used this Stampingbella image called Chloe the Coffee Mug Girl....but my friend likes tea, so it is a tea mug π
I used my Copic markers to colour Chloe up and these are the colours I used.
Even before putting my cards together, I made card bases and added pattern paper to them.
Then with my assembly of making cards quickly, I then coloured all of the images I wanted to use and lastly created the cards.
This paper was so fun as all of the candies on the background paper have sparkles on them.
Here is my card :)
I hope you all have a Very Creative Day π

Spectrum Noir makers and my Grandbaby
I have finally organized and have found the perfect way to store my Spectrum Noir markers.
Don't get excited, I have not given up on my Copic markers.
I love my Copic markers and think they are the best alcohol markers I have used so far.
But to lug this tote bag full of markers back and forth to camp gets a bit heavy.
Plus, most weekends I may not even colour....but I still need my markers with me, just in case ;)

So I decided to take the plunge and purchase the Spectrum Noir markers.
I have been on the fence about this for the last year or so...but when I saw them for a really good price and then saw them for an even better price online (yup, me shopping online) I just felt the need to get them, teehee.
They are going to stay at the cottage for the season so no back and forth for these babies every weekend :)
I used this Card Keeper container from Iris.
I used my hot glue gun to adhered the dividers in place.
So far I'm thinking these will be all of the markers I will be getting.....I'm thinking ;)
Onto My Day:
Ashley invited me and her Mother in Law to her ultra sound appointment.
So exciting!!
I can't say I didn't get emotional and I may have shed a tear or two.
Here is the utra sound photo...I used to think these were kind of freaky...until I saw my grandson.
I am so blown away with technology..wow
I hope you all have a very creative day :)

Braids
Hard to believe that yesterday was the first day of Winter.
Especially since it rained most of today.
Rained in December!!!
Now thats not normal in Canada…especially Northern Ontario…but I'm not complaining.
The older I get the more I dislike the cold winters we have.
I coloured another one of my images that I drew last summer.
I coloured her up with my Copics and did the background with my coloured pencils.
I used washi tape around the edges.
I hope you all had a Creative Monday :)
I did a bit more wrapping…thats creative, right?
Thank you so much for all of your sweet and encouraging comments about my Pixie Girl from yesterday :)

April's Challenge Card
The Challenge for this month was:
Circle card
Magnolia image
Paper doily
Pastel colours
Flair or Wood Veneer
The hardest part of this card was to make the circular shape to it.
I don't have a die big enough, or a circle cutter for that matter.
So I used a few different things to get my circle shapes. A coaster from Montana's Steakhouse, a page from a Christmas ornament chipboard book, and a plate. Use what you have…right ;)
These Magnolia images are just so cute. I share how I did the sky in this post "Here".
If you look just below the flags, you will see the paper doily.
And Look, I used some lace again!
I think I did pretty good with the pastel colours. I seem to lean toward more vintage colours or deep/earth colours.
We were suppose to use flair or wood veneer. I wanted to use wood veneer as I have quite a bit of it. But nothing I had, looked quite right. So I used this small heart flair.
It is hidden amongst the flowers.
Actually it is a brad…shhhhhh.
I made this card into an easel card.
These cards are so fun to make, and I like that they can be displayed so nicely :)
Now thats not all…..I also made a video :)
If you would rather watch it on my YouTube channel, just click my link "Tracy's Treasures24"
I also went back and posted my video on my April tag on yesterday's post :)

Recording my Copic colours
Remember those images I coloured and shared yesterday?
Well this is how I am using them.
I put them in my Copic Journal with the marker colours I used for each image.
When I made this journal (3 yrs ago) I didn't use a good paper for colouring with my Copics.
So I coloured these images on my XPress It paper, then used a Spellbinders thin die to cut out my coloured images.
Here are some colour combo's for how I colour Black and Brown hair.
Here are the Copic colours I use for Blonde and Red hair.
The Blonde girls skin colour is what I usually use for my girls, but I am liking the other combos as well.
I have done a few more pages, but just thought I would share my most used hair colours.
I am having fun with these girls and putting together different hair and skin combos :)
After Hair and Skin, I will put some colour combos together for their clothing ;)
We received some snow today. A gift that Mother Natures keeps on giving us.
Thank you Mother Nature, but you are too generous.
Our school busses were even cancelled today, which doesn't happen very often. Plus I personally didn't think we got that much snow for that.
Kristy was nice enough to shovel the driveway. The snow was wet and heavy.
I would have just let it sit….it will eventually melt, lol.
I enjoyed another Friday Night Scrapbooking evening with my friends.
Good friends, some treats and many laughs :)
I hope you all had a wonderful and creative Friday :)

Copic Lover
I got to colour :)
I love my Copics. Sadly I haven't been colouring all that much lately….maybe its time for me to go on another Design Team ;)
This image is perfect for all of my Copic loving friends :)
The image is from Saturated Canary called Traveling Colours.
I coloured the image and paper pieced her apron and shoes :)

Here is the full project.
I love that she looks a bit like Pippi Longstocking :)
I am a glass is half full kind of person…well actually my husband likes to tell the girls that "Your mom's glass was full, but she gave me half of her's"
So I really like this sentiment.
The sentiment flag was white, but I inked it up to match the background paper.
I have been hoarding this doily die cut for quite a while. It was gifted to me by my friend Dena.
I tell you, I really had to talk myself into using this, lol.
But I think it was a perfect background for this layered flower.
Now you may be wondering, what the heck is this project.
If you know me, then you know I like to pretty ordinary stuff up ;)
So I prettied up this regular plain ol' stamp scrubber. It is used to clean your stamps on :)
I just inked some pretty paper and adhered it to the front, and added some pretties :)
I am really happy with how it turned out :)
It is a gift for a friend :)
Heidi Swapp's photo challenge was "Gold"
So I took a photo of one of our Gold shiny ornaments on our Christmas tree.
Canadian Scrapbooker Magazine's photo challenge prompt is
"Wrapping"
So I took a photo of my wrapping supplies.
Yes that green tape is still on my table, teehee.
I leave it on, I just cover it up with my table cloth.
Notice, I like to cover up unsightly messes with table cloths, lol.
Onto My Day:
Wayne took the day off of work today.
He wanted to go shopping, but had to go to the doctor first, as he has been a bit dizzy for the last week or two…or three.
He knew what the problem was and knew he needed some antibiotics, so he was off early this morning to see the doctor on call.
Then we went to mail out some parcels.
Then shopped the rest of the day.
Before bringing Heather to a dentist appointment.
Then back home to watch the last of the Mentalist…now we are up to date :)
I hope you all had a creative Wednesday :)

Penny Flower Card and Day 3 of the planner challenge
Sharing another card with you that I coloured during the weekend.
It is another Penny Black image from the same set that I shared with you in yesterday's post.
Again we picked out the images, made the cards and hoped to colour them later in the evening. We didn't get to the colouring though as you can see.
Here are our cards, side by side. Again we used the same sketch, papers and images.
I put a bit of adhesive on my image, just so I would remember which image went with each card.
I wonder if Debbie coloured her image up?
Here are the Copic marker colours I used for this image.
Here is a close up of the image I coloured.
One more photo of the finished card.
Are you tired of it yet ;)
I used a wood veneer flag. I coloured it up with my Copic marker and stamped on the sentiment.
Today is Day 3 of the Planner Addicts challenge. Day 3 is "Fountain of Pens"
I mostly use my pens in the pink craftsman tote for my planner.
If I have a blank space in my journal then I like to colour up an image and put it in my journal, so that is why I included my Copic and Stampin' Up markers to this photo.
Onto My Day:
A friend came for a short visit today and we enjoyed chatting about something we both enjoy...crafts :)
Ashley wanted me to go with her to Home Depot after she was off work. Heather, Kristy and I went over to her house and we all went shopping for like 3 hours!
I hope you all enjoyed a creative Tuesday :)

Its Raining Hearts Card
I did a bit of colouring this weekend at the cottage.
Here is one of the cards I coloured.
I thought this was fitting with all the rain we had received ;)
I actually made the card on my creative get away a few weeks ago.
But didn't colour in the image until this weekend.
I added a spot of adhesive so I would remember which image went with which card. Then took the image paper off to colour it in.
I had used a Penny Black image from this stamp set.
Aren't they so sweet :)
Here is both mine and Debbie's cards.
I'm not sure if we used a sketch here, but I think we did. Just can't remember which one.
What Debbie and I did was make about 6 cards, each using the same sketch, images and sometimes the same papers. But didn't colour in the images.
I will show you them as the week or weeks go on :)
Here are the colours I used to colour up this image. I used my Copic markers.
Here is my card again.
Not sure if Debbie coloured hers up yet. Would love to see them side by side again, but all coloured up :)
Here is my Day 2 in that 30 day planner challenge. You can check out the list here on yesterdays blog post :)
Day 2 is "In the Bag"
I am sure you are suppose to show your planner in your purse.
But my planner being quite big (9.5x7.5) it doesn't fit in my purse, lol.
I also only use it at home.
I do bring it to the cottage to work on it, or when we go on a trip.
And when I do bring it with me, it is in this little tote with my iPad and a novel.
I keep meaning to make a new tiny tote bag. This one I made years ago for one of the girls birthday parties. I made one for each of the party guests to decorate for their goodie bags.
The other side of this bag has little pink hearts on it that one of my daughters decorated ;)
Onto my Day:
We came home from the cottage, of course the weather was sunny and nice.
We took out the dock today....1st sign of summer coming to an end :(
When we got home, we went to visit Ashley.
She texted me to ask what we were having for supper, lol.
So we all went to her house, ordered a pizza as I took more painters tape off the trim.
Because the painters tape has been on there so long I had to cut into the paint with an exacto knife as to not peel the new paint off.
Was looking forward to Dexter tonight, but it isn't on :(
I hope you all have a very nice Labour Day Weekend and a creative Monday :)
Tracy
