This is the second card that I made for the "match stick" challenge that my friend Denise put on for our crafty group.
For the first card (Which you can see HERE) I only used one matchstick…then found out we were to use more than one.
Not that it is a big deal, as we just do this for fun, but I still wanted to follow the rules…as I am a stickler for them ;)
Also for this card I used materials that I won on a YouTube giveaway from Canadianscrappergirl.
I coloured this adorable image from Stampingbella called Natasha with my Copic markers.
She is so cute and I had fun colouring up her hair.
I used one of the matchsticks as a little fairy wand :)
To colour up the matchstick, I wrapped washi tape around it.
I then punched out 2 hearts (after I coloured the card stock with my Copic marker) and adhered then to each side of the matchstick.
Here is the second matchstick.
I, again, wrapped the stick with washi tape and then adhered this wood veneer flower, after colouring it with my Copic marker, to the matchstick.
I made this into an easel card.
I love these cards, they are so fun to make and to display :)
Oh I almost forgot, I also did a video on the last few cards I have made :)

Onto my Day:
My younger brother Calum and his wife Tammy are in town and they came by today for a visit.
We then ordered pizza and just chatted the day away.
So nice to see them as they live out of town and we don't get to see each other very often.
I hope you all had a Creative Day :)
