Being that I am a "Slacker" as Kristy has called me.
Today I have been working on catching up in my Fauxbonichi.
Most of my days have the journaling done….but not my "Art Block"
On the Fauxbonichi FB page that I follow, a couple of ladies do a prompt for every day.
So I went through all of the days and wrote (in pencil) what the prompts were for that day.
Felicia gives an art prompt daily, except on Sunday when Paula gives us a journal prompt.
I have been using the Journal prompts for the days that I am behind on, or those days that nothing happened…..I think I need more journal prompts, lol.
I don't always use the prompts….who am I kidding, I am so far behind, I haven't been doing anything, lol.
But I thought yesterdays prompt was fun.
It was to draw your day in a film strip.
Fun right….here is my take on this prompt.
I used the Tim Holtz film strip die to cut out the film strip and then drew my day in the empty spots.
Yesterday was odd weather wise. It rained, hailed and then snowed later in the evening…hence the weird weather in the block.
Now don't get excited for me…just because Friday is complete, does not mean that I am up to date.
I worked on another Pocket Letter last night during Friday Night Scrapbooking, but I will share that on another day :)
I hope you all had a very Creative Saturday :)
Tracy :)

I am the greatest slacker......I have the whole week to get my DT cards done and I procrastinate too long and end up with a marathon on Sunday. Your Friday page looks good and looking forward to the Pocket Letter when you are done.
ReplyDeleteCute pages, Tracy, the filmstrip turned out great!
ReplyDeleteI love how you added the filmstrip to the page!! It looks fabulous!! Have a great day :)

I like the photo strip, that is a fun idea! Yesterday was not crafty, but I did have lunch with a friend and a date with Mike, so it was still an awesome day! I'm done with my cleaning for the weekend and I think the girls and I are going to make some glittered clothespins!
ReplyDeleteAhhhh.....Tracy! You just burst my bubble! Here i thought you were journaling and decorating those pages every day! That film strip die works well for this page.
