I had a bit of time in my day to work on my 6x6 and 8x8 paper pads.
I had these all nice and organized..you can see that in this post "Defunkifying my 6x6 Paper Pads"
I still like how they are organized, but my containers shrunk some how ;)
I really like the looks of these weaved baskets and they are sturdy with their thick wire frame.
But they got to small.
Plus the cubbies where they go are longer than these containers, so there was a bit of wasted space.
Here are my paper pads in their new containers.
I just stuck the labels on the front of the containers.
The paper pads you see on the sides are the 8x8 paper packs. They don't fit as well in the containers as the edges are a bit more narrow because of the rounded corners.
Guess what else I had time for….
The easiest treat you could make…plus I make it in the microwave, so even easier ;)
Proud Tuesday :
I am still proud of completing my 1/2 Marathon :)
So proud that I made a quick photo video :)
So I am off on another adventure :)
Just Kristy and I ….so early wake up for me.
And here I thought that I could relax after closing up camp…..not yet ;)
Hope you all had a Creative Tuesday :)

Purging Paper
If you read yesterday's post, then you know that I have found a different way to store my paper pads. I think it will work great for me.
As I was working on my loose papers that I had purchased for specific layouts, and putting them in kit-like packs, I thought, why not work on my loose papers well I'm at it.
I went through all my colours.
This is how I usually store my loose papers.
I have a drawer for each colour.
I put paper on the drawer fronts and then made labels for each paper colour.
This is a great way to store my papers, but its not working for me anymore.
Like I mentioned yesterday, I like to flip through my supplies as opposed to digging through them.
So I went through all the papers in the drawers and picked out the few that I still liked or thought I may use.
I decided to purge (this word gives me a heart palpation).
I couldn't believe I purged 8" of paper!!!!
I have trouble getting rid of paper scraps, never mind full sheets of paper.
I was going to put them in 4 piles and donate them to friends or organizations.
But Kristy told me to spread them out to more people. So I am working on 9 even piles.
I posted on my personal FB page for anyone who wants the paper to come and get it :)
Day #11 "Tabs"
I have tabs on the top and side of my planner.
The side tabs are my monthly tabs and for my creative ideas, Blog, YouTube, Home Repair and Maintenance.
The top tabs are more in detailed tabs for the side tabs.
I hope you all had a very creative Wednesday :)

Working on 12x12 paper storage and Day 10
I think I am not only a paper hoarder, but also a paper addict.
Am I ashamed or feel bad...heck no....
I Love Paper.
I say that loud and proud ;)
But my problem with having a lot of paper is how to store it.
I have a few different ways and areas where I store my paper.
I have been storing (some) of my 12x12 papers in this rolling cart for years.
I put the paper on the front and added my tags.
As you can see, my papers lay flat.
Each drawer was completely full, so it was hard to look for a certain paper.
So I wouldn't really use them, and grab papers from another area in my room or rec room or.....
The other day I was at Target and saw these black heavy plastic crates. The best thing was that they were only $2.75.
So I picked one up to see if it would work for my papers. They did!
So last night the girls went shopping, so asked them to pick me up 2 more ;)
I went around to all my areas where I
The first and second crate hold my paper pads. All except for my Graphic 45 papers.
The last crate holds paper kits or special papers I had purchased for a specific layout.
When I buy special papers, I also purchase matching card stock. So I packaged them together.
I saved all my plastic sleeves that papers come in, I am so glad I did.
I am far from complete.
I had to clean off the pool table as I needed more room to go through all my papers and put themed papers together.
Hopefully I will be done tomorrow :)
I think this will work well for me as I am a flipper when it comes to looking through my supplies.
Today is Day #10
"Lists"
I like to have my day marked down in fine detail.
I seem to get more done this way, even if I don't complete my list.
I usually do the full day like this, but today I wanted to focus on my paper storage.

I hope you all had a very creative Tuesday :)
