Year 3 of my Blog :)
Today is my 3rd year blogiversary.
3 years I have been blogging every day.
I am still surprised that so many are still visiting me and haven't got bored of me yet, teehee.
Thank you to all of you who do read my blog and leave me such sweet comments.
Your comments put a smile on my face and warmth in my heart.
I am going to do a give away, but am still waiting on a few things......so keep an eye out ;)
Remember this scrapbook stand I purchased months ago....and I mean months ago.
I had planned on making it into a calendar holder.
Every month my daughter would ask me "So mom, how's that calender coming along". LOL.
Well, I have finally put in my first page. What better time to start then in the new year ;)
Here is a closer look at it, outside of the page protector.
It took me forever to get a half decent photo of this thing.
I wanted to go all vintage with this page...but it looks more western to me, not sure why?
I stamped the whole background paper and then die cut the month and year.
I stamped the cupcakes to show that there is a birthday on that date, and then wrote whose birthday it is.
This year I am doing Project life again. But this time I want to stay on top of it and not have to catch up on 9 months, lol.
So I am (hopefully) going to post my finished pages once a week...wish me luck ;)
I worked all day today so here is my photo for today...clever eh?
I punched in the year on the adding machine...just in case you missed that ;)
Onto My Day:
I worked all day today.
In between working and helping Wayne set up his new home theater receiver (that was an all day occurrence), we took down the Christmas tree and most of the decorations.
I usually wait until Ukrainian Christmas...but I am so excited about this new year, that I wanted to clean up and get to it, lol.
Proud Tuesday:
1. 3 yrs on my blog...looking forward to year 4 :)
2. I finished up part 2 of my bookwork.
3. Cleaned up the Christmas decor.
I hope you all have had a creative Tuesday :)

Happy blogoversary ! I remember you showing the calendar-looks cute! Made 2 cards for challenges today, but it was too dark to photograph. I will tomorrow. Should be taking down decorations, but I jutst hate the packing up; it is such a hassle!
ReplyDeleteHappy Blogaversary and new year! I know this is the time that unfinished projects whisper to me loudest. I have made no resolutions about them though - underpromise and overdeliver!
ReplyDeleteThat calendar stan is beautiful and I love January! So excited to hear that you are doing PL as well. I have decided to hold out for one of the new editions, so I am going to start out a little late, but I am already taking photos and jotting down notes, so hopefully it won't be too bad. I really look forward to seeing your layouts....regular scrapbook and PL! I am your newest follower!
