I was able to colour an image.
I am in a stamped image swap, this is one of the images that didn't make the cut. See the smudge from the stamp? It wasn't up to par so I kept this one.
I made some more charms.
I love those butterfly beads. With the white pearls on top of them, they look like angels. I ran out of some materials, or I could have gone on all day :) I was playing around with my punches.
Most of the ones I saw online didn't give the instructions, so I just figured it out on my own. I am sure I didn't have the same punches as they used, so I just went with it. I used google eyes on most of these characters. I need a new type of glue for these. I used liquid glue and you can see the shine on where it touched.
Not sure if I like these, but I did use up a wee bit of my scraps.....and I mean a wee bit, teehee. Now that I know how to make these, I can add my own twist to them.
Onto My Day:
I slept in, majorly slept in. Hubby snored so loud that when Ashley came home last night, her boyfriend Tyler was at the back door and heard hubby snoring. Tyler said "Your Poor Mom", lol. Little did they know I was on the couch ;) When hubby got up this morning I jumped into our bed and went back to sleep. At 1:00 (yes you read that correctly) Heather came in to check on me, lol.
This is about it. Hubby and I stayed in and watched movies most of the day. So I just brought up my supplies to the living room and worked away on these.
How was your weekend? Did you get to create today?
Tracy

I sleep with a loud snorer, too. My heart goes out to you.

Wow you made all those with just pearls? That is something! Would be adorable on treat bags.

Those charms are SO pretty! I didn't get to create all weekend - my gal's school play, parent teacher conference the day after tomorrow and still three weeks to go on the master's. Soooo...no. But at least I get to admire yours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous creations to see Tracy, the punched characters are fab and are great card toppers. And more beautiful charms.
ReplyDeleteHappy crafting

I used to make lots of charms, but haven't done that in a couple of years. I really need to since I have so much stuff left. Maybe after seeing your cute ones, it might inspire me to do at least a few....maybe.
ReplyDeleteAnd girl, how many punches do you have to be able to make all those darling little designs??? Can you say ADORABLE?!!
