Planner pages and some camp life.

Here is my completed week in my day planner/organizer :)
I had a few cherished stickers that I had planned on using on a scrapbook page about 12 yrs ago, lol.
Well, at least they got used :)
I see nothing was written on Sunday...but then again I didn't do much, besides come home from the cottage and relax the rest of the evening.

Just thought I would share my bags for this weekend.
This isn't my clothing....just some scrappy supplies.
Man I thought I was going to do a lot of creating, lol.
Mind you, I did make a two page spread in my Smash travel book. I will share that tomorrow ;)

Isn't our camp cookie jar cute.
I don't think it has ever had a cookie in it...but it is a great place for my sunglasses :)
I have always let the bear wear them, so I don't forget where I put them.

Just thought I would share my camp hands with you.
No more nice manicured hands for me now that summer is here and there is camp work to be done.
Yup there are some split, broken and just ratty nails there, lol.

I was on Pinterest and there was a pin 101 Things to do with your Husband.
One of the things on the list was to cook or bake together.
I was wanting some peanut butter cookies, so Wayne and I decided to bake some.
Ya, not a good idea.
When you get the urge to smash the plate of cookies in your husbands face....I don't think that's what they were going for, lol.
Wayne is a great cook, but baking....not so much.
I'll just leave all the cooking up to Wayne ;)

The cookies did taste delicious though.

I hope you all have had a creative Sunday :)

Tracy :)

  1. I thought it was only me that didn't like help with cooking!! my lovely partner will insist on helping with tea and then give me really helpful comments on how to do things !!!!! You would think he would have realised been cooking for years and have grasped the basics.

  2. Those are workin' nails!! I don't even bother-I'll pick all of the polish off within hours. Too funny about the cooking. I prefer to work alone in the kitchen.

  3. Hope you are enjoying your weekend! I prefer to cook alone as well...I have to turn away when my husband cooks as he does things...hmmm...let's just say differently from me! :)

  4. You Always Pack A Lot Of Scrap Stuff, Never Know When You Might Forget Something ;) IBet You Do A Manicure This Week! I Love The Planner pages, The Blue Is Great!

  5. That's a lot of scrappy stuff, looks like you had a working weekend :)

  6. Great post - and how much scrappy stuff were you taking LOL! Did you take an extra sink ;-)

Glad you had a great weekend together:-)

  7. Your planner always look so pretty and filled up. So many scrapping supplies. Hope you're having fun.

  8. I couldn't find your WOYWW post, but I do love the bear wearing your sunglasses, that's too cute! OK, I am asking my WOYWW folks to rally behind me and I truly need your support. I am in a contest and the voting ends today so it's now or never. PLEASE go vote for me ( the camera )....yes, I am begging, lol
waving hi from the hills of North Carolina ♥ ( #19 )

  9. Mmm those peanut butter cookies sound so good right now! Love that you guys bake together :)

  10. Have to laugh about cooking with the dh! Also, my nails are looking pretty sad too in the warmer months! I've been gardening!

  11. Good way to use up old stickers - we all have a "few" of those. And I'm with you about cooking with the husband - I let him do his magic and then I clean up. Unfortunately, he doesn't automatically do the reverse. Oh well.

  12. I am loving your planner pages!

That is fabulous that you were able to craft at the cottage, I love how much stuff you brought up to craft with :)

You are too funny about baking. AJ stays out of the kitchen when I cook, so I don't smash plates in his face. But he does a great job of washing the dishes :)

Leave me some love and I will return it right back to you :)
