Can you guess what this is made from?
It is a bag made from an envelope.
I wanted to work with some Spring colours, so this is what I came up with :)
Just a close up to see the embossing I did on here.
Onto My Day:
I was asked to go shopping with Lynne and Denise.
They want to decorate our table for when we go to Scrap for Heart. Last year our table theme was Survivor.
This year it is Crafty Queens.
I am going to get some crafting done, but I am they type of person to go with the flow, so that's what I'm doing.
So we went to the dollar store to pick up some tiaras and jewels :) Then we went to Michael's.
Those ladies sure know how to browse, lol.
I was chilled all day today. It wasn't that cold. It was about -11C, but I seemed to be chilled to the bone. So I read my book in my hot bath :)
Hope you all had a wonderful, creative weekend :)
Tracy :)

ReplyDeleteThis is really pretty. Where do you find the instructions for this?

Cute bag. You are the queen or repurposing envelopes LOL. This would also make a great bag for bridal shower or even wedding favors just slap a monogram on the circle. And yes you will be getting happy mail in 3-5 days. At least that's what the US post office thinks. I don't know how the Canadian post is going to handle it. I've had those TH fall inks for you forever! There is also a lot of stuff that I don't see you use too often but thought you'd have fun playing with anyway. Love your theme for your crop. You must take a picture with your tiara on. Keep warm!
ReplyDeletesounds like a fun day to me! Love the little bag, now what wonderful goodies could be in there. Must be chocolate for valentines day! LOL

ReplyDeleteYou are having it much colder than we are--it was close to 50F here yesterday, but oh, the wind, the wind , the wind.
Sounds like a fun scrap event.
I hope you got warmed up with your bath.

I love the bag, and the embossing on it! It sounds like you had a nice day! Reading in a nice bath is such a great antidote to being cold!

Cute idea for a bag - especially the way you made it!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see pics of your crop decor and you Queens!
We've been having crazy up and down temps here. -11C sounds pretty cold to me! It can feel so much colder if it's windy. It will be +10C here tomorrow.
