I made a video on my He-Art Journal book.
Onto My Day:
I did my morning walk on the treadmill. I could have went outside, but I didn't want my new runners to get dirty ;)
Then I talked on the phone for 1/2 hour and walked around the house. Double the exercise ;)
Wayne had to go to the dentist today. He said our dentist had a new machine that could detect mouth cancer. So I am happy to report that Wayne doesn't have it :)
Thankfully, they have all these machines to detect cancer, I wish they would find a cure for this awful disease.
I received a phone call from the hospital this afternoon to confirm my appointment for my MUGA scan. I didn't receive a date for this test yet, lol.
I know my doctor requested one.
Luckily I don't have a life and am able to make the appointment.
I bet I will get the paperwork in the mail tomorrow, lol.
Just so happens we are crossing the border soon. I could set off the alarms with the radioactive substance they inject into my veins.when we drive through. So I hope I remember to pick up the papers to explain what I had done.
I would be so embarrassed it they went off. It would be a funny for future stories though ;)
I really didn't do to much today. Unless you think laundry is entertaining ;)
Oh..I did order the new colours of the Copics today...now that is exciting :)
Hope you all had a creative Wednesday :)
Tracy :)

Funny about not wanting to get your walking shoes dirty :-) You have such a good attitude about your health, finding the humor in things. Very inspiring!
ReplyDeleteLove your art journal. I wish I had time to be so creative but I'm finding it hard with two young boys. Eight and two.

I just love how your book turned out! Great job Tracy :0) Hugs!
ReplyDeletelove your book! Killer girl. Pkg is on it's way! :)
ReplyDeleteYour album turned out wonderful.
ReplyDeleteWe took the grand kids today too--only a 90mi trip down the highway.
They gave my stepdad a horrible time once, when he crossed the border after he had a test with radioactive dye. Be careful.
Walk, walk, walk in those new beautiful shoes!
I am glad you enjoy using those Copics so much and do such lovely work with them.

Wow, great journal - good luck with your hospital checks (hope you don't set off any alarms, but that would be a great story)

ReplyDeleteLove the way your art journal turned out. I think I have decided that it is not for me. I just am not good at free flow art.
ReplyDeleteI love your journal!
ReplyDeleteYes I watched the whole video, very nice job on the journal! I love your drawings-you are good! I love the way it is all set up. I'm making a heart journal and you have given me some inspiration :)

ReplyDeleteTracy,
ReplyDeleteI love your journal, it turned out really well.
Hugs, Stacy
I'm impressed with the journal and really impressed that you stuck with it for the whole 24 weeks! I can honestly say I would not. Nor would I put that much detail into every single page. You've came up with some very clever interpretations for the requirements too!!
ReplyDeleteI haven't been all that crafty lately, but I have been organizing a little here and there so that I can start back up with being really creative again. I've gotten a few little things done, but not like I should.
I created something today! Sometimes I think "wow, she gets so much done" when I read your blog. Your work is always so beautifully done and so intricate! Sometimes you need a break though.
ReplyDeleteSeeing your video reminds me, did you get my email about the art journal made out of cereal boxes? Didn't you have a MUGA scan last year? What's with all my questions? LOL! Every time you talk about crossing the border, I want Taco Bell. Ha!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your scan - I'll be thinking good thoughts for you! :) Your journal turned out awesome! Art journaling is way out of my comfort zone too. I have enjoyed the few pages I have done but since I haven't felt the need to do more, I guess that says it all. I do love to look at what others do and just drool and be envious. You have a fantastic album to be proud of!
